橡膠軟連接有哪些需要注意的要點：

1、禁止在試水和操作階段打開橡膠軟連接螺栓和管道連接螺栓；

   1. It is forbidden to open rubber soft connection bolts and pipe connection bolts during water test and operation;

2、橡膠軟連接的安裝長度按球兩端橡膠密封面外側計算，產品不流動;

   2. The installation length of the rubber soft joint shall be calculated according to the outside of the rubber sealing surface at both ends of the ball, and the product shall not flow;

3、管道必須有固定支架或固定支架。固定支架的力必須大于軸向力。對于垂直安裝和架空安裝，應在產品的兩端安裝相應的固定支架和力架，以防止工作被拉出。

   3. The pipe must have a fixed bracket or a fixed bracket.The force of the fixing bracket must be greater than the axial force.For vertical installation and overhead installation, the corresponding fixing bracket and force frame should be installed at both ends of the product to prevent the work from being pulled out.

4、嚴禁在未緊固各部位連接螺栓的情況下進行水壓試驗。
